WK07 MODELS + LIGHTING

WK07 Models and Lighting  Modelling with Pasteboard  progressing from paper models, my initial idea of the exploration of abstract shapes and ones interactions with it progressed into how a multi-leveled space can influence what emotions we associate a space with through form and lighting. Pasteboard allowed for the folding method of construction like paper, with its structural integrity produced a more stable and clean representation of loft design. The pasteboards core and its integrity being lost with thinner pieces disturbed the presentation of the idea, making it look rough. However creating curved forms proved to be effective by cutting guidelines and bending.  Modeling with Balsa Wood Balsa wood didn't work well with a folding method and pieces were individually stuck together.
